Time & Vendor fee might vary according to the complexity of the work, availability of supporting documents required for applying, and the location of the service. The additional costs incurred if any will have to be borne by the customer. ManagerIndia is also not responsible for any bureaucratic delays or delays due to insufficient or delayed documentation / information provided by the customer. ManagerIndia facilitates procurement of certificates from India and cannot be held responsible for any errors/ mistakes in names that may have occurred at the time of registration. ManagerIndia is not responsible for the issuance of the certificate in vernacular language. ManagerIndia will put in reasonable efforts in rectification of the errors/mistakes found in the certificates.

We will send you a standard draft of the rental / lease agreement
Upon receipt of agreed terms and conditions, the final draft of rental agreement will be prepared and vetted by our empaneled lawyer. Lawyer fees will be billed based on complexity of the agreement.
Our Executive will coordinate with you and the tenant for getting the agreement signed.

We will inspect your property before and at the time, the tenant vacates.
A complete inventory check against the original list as per rental agreement will be conducted.
Our Executive will check on payment of association dues / maintenance charges (till date), last Electricity Meter Reading & Bill Payment status (if applicable). Any replacements / payouts to be made by tenant shall be intimated to you for recovery / deduction from rental deposit.
A complete report including photographs and a video will be sent after we complete the vacation inspection.
We can temporarily take custody of the keys, if you are unavailable to take possession of the property (limited to one month).

Manager India Policy
Prices quoted in USD or any other foreign currencies are only indicative. INR pricing is final and the charge to your credit card will be made in INR. Customers paying through international credit cards from other countries will be charged the equivalent INR amount in their currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Applicable exchange rate is displayed on our website.
Any payments that you make while placing your order will be temporarily charged to your card but will not be captured for payment until Customer Service reviews your order and accepts it. For further details on our terms of ordering and refund policy, please click here.
Service tax as applicable according to govt. regulations, may be charged extra @ 15% on services where payment is received in INR or the billing address is in India. Please check with our customer representative on applicability of service tax to your order.
ManagerIndia is committed to ensuring transparency in pricing with our customers. However due to the nature of the service, some costs are not predictable and hence we are forced to adopt a two-tier pricing strategy.
Orders whose costs are predictable due to past experience and expertise with handling such orders are normally quoted on a flat pricing model. However, if the deliverables change significantly either due to complexity of the particular case, the requirements or the number of visits / travel etc., then an extra cost may be levied based on efforts.
Orders whose costs can only be determined based on customer inputs are normally accepted based on payment of a service fee. Based on this initial payment, the effort and cost estimate is estimated and quoted to the client. The customer is free to accept the quote and proceed with the order or request a full refund if the cost estimate does not fit his / her requirement.
Any refund on services you order through MI will be governed by the Refund Policy (click here for the policy details). Further some services on MI may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases, the terms of the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this policy, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy.
Time to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 7 business days. However time lines for actual refund to take place and for the credit to reach your account would depend on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable).
