Rental agreement assistance
Are you too busy or too far away to draft your rental agreement? Don’t worry and let us handle it for you. We will customize the agreement to meet your requirements and handle the process from start to finish. This service is included in both our Tenant management Plans.
Key Deliverables
- We will send you a standard draft of the rental / lease agreement
- Upon receipt of agreed terms and conditions, the final draft of rental agreement will be prepared and vetted by our empaneled lawyer. Lawyer fees will be billed based on complexity of the agreement.
- Our Executive will coordinate with you and the tenant for getting the agreement signed.
Tenant Vacating Inspection
Is your tenant vacating while you will be unable to supervise? Let us handle the final inspection and relieve your stress. This service is included in both our Tenant management Plans.
Key Deliverables
- We will inspect your property before and at the time, the tenant vacates.
- A complete inventory check against the original list as per rental agreement will be conducted.
- Our Executive will check on payment of association dues / maintenance charges (till date), last Electricity Meter Reading & Bill Payment status (if applicable). Any replacements / payouts to be made by tenant shall be intimated to you for recovery / deduction from rental deposit.
- A complete report including photographs and a video will be sent after we complete the vacation inspection.
- We can temporarily take custody of the keys, if you are unavailable to take possession of the property (limited to one month).
